Amazon QuickSight – percentileOver
The percentileOver function in QuickSight calculates the nth percentile of a measure partitioned by a list of dimensions. QuickSight provides two options for calculating the percentileOver value:
- percentileContOver uses linear interpolation to determine the result.
- percentileDiscOver uses actual values to determine the result.
Interestingly, the percentileOver function is actually an alias of percentileDiscOver.
