World Wide Web or www is the worldwide connection of documents or web pages. Those pages can be retrieved using browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. 

 

Working of world wide web:

WWW is based on web browsers, HTML, and HTTP. 

Web browsers help to access web pages, it can be defined as a program that accesses and displays animation, text, pictures, and data on the internet. 

It provides a software interface to access the hyperlinked resources.

HTML or HyperText Markup Language is used to define the structure, organization, and control of the web page. 

 

 

  • HTTP

 

HTTP or HyperText Transfer Protocol helps establish communication between the server and the browser.
