A Job interview is nothing but testing the potential of an employee, whether the candidate is eligible for the particular organization/company and for the position applied, in order to enhance their growth and carrier.

 

How to prepare for an Interview:

Types of Interviews:

 

1.Behavioral Interview:

This is a common type of interview that an interviewer asks/test, i.e. Interviewer mainly judge on the behavior aspects of the candidates and ask the candidate to tell some previous instances ,so that ,interviewer can analyze the candidate and judge whether the candidate is suitable for that company or not.

 

2.Stress Interview:

Stress Interviews are still common in use. The purpose of this interview is to find out how the candidate handles the stress. The Stress interview involves testing an applicant behavior in busy environment dealing with the multiple projects.

 

3.Phone Interview:

This kind of interview, takes place if there are huge openings, then the interview goes for telephonic/phone interview, before taking the candidate to face to face interview. This usually happen where the job applicant is significant distance away from premises of the hiring company. Such as abroad or another state.

 

4.Technical Interview:

This kind of interview focuses on problem solving and creativity. The question aims at your problem solving skill and likely shows your ability and creativity.

 

5.Group Interview: This kind of interview is mainly deals with the group discussions/debates. In this, interviewer test the candidate whether the candidate is able to talk in a group and participate actively in a group of discussions.
