
India Takes a Bold Step: Building a Bias-Free Homegrown ChatGPT Rival in 10 Months

The homegrown AI system will be powered by a cutting-edge infrastructure, including a facility with 18,000 graphics processing units (GPUs). These GPUs are critical for training AI models to perform complex tasks like generating text, solving queries, and even writing code. The goal is to have this facility operational within a year and launch the AI model in just ten months.
