In olden days people never use to believe in themselves, whatever other’s use to tell, they use to blindly follow them. They never trust / believe their own talent and always use to depend on others in order to take any decision.

Now – a – day’s people only trust / believe their own talent, abilities, qualities and judgment. They become independent.

They plan things make necessary changes, analyze them, put in to actions, evaluate them and set their goals accordingly. They flow the steps & achieve their goals.

  • Understanding yourself: Before doing / starting any work, don’t think in a negative way, that you will not be able to complete the task instead think in a positive way make steps in order to achieve the goals like plan, analyze , implement & achieve the desired goals . Build up your confidence that leads to achieve the goals. Never try to give-up in the initial stage itself. Always try to achieve it.

  • Overestimation Yourself : Sometimes before even starting anything., You assume that , you will be able to achieve the goal, never ever thing in this way. Overconfidence will never fetch you in life. Try to be confident in whatever you do. Never try to estimate the things before itself /before achieving the things once you have completed your jobs / achieve your set of goals they talk about how much effort, you have made in order to achieve the required task.

  • Creation
  • Action
  • Evaluation
  • Goal setting.

Analysis: In order to be confident, test your ability, talent, feelings, strength, and weakness. By knowing all these you are able to make an analysis of yourself.

Creations: by making analysis, create the action that need to be implemented, i.e. plan the work, mange the time accordingly, & implement in the correct way.

Action: After creation; put in to actions that is, make sure your are not being lazy in order to do a particular work. Try to be sportive to makes things positive in life.

Evaluation: evaluate the things that have been put in to action. Whether that makes any changes in your life, whether that is enhancing your self confidence.

Goal setting: After evaluation; set the goals that needs to be achieved, start thinking & implementing things in order to achieve things.

How to improve self confidence:

  • What are you afraid of
  • Why are you afraid of it
  • What does achieving mean to you
  • Imaging you were completely self-confident
  • Think of all your success in past.
  • Forget the failure of the past
  • Identify  a hero, a real life hero
  • Take pride in making mistakes
  • Stop comparisons
  • Forget the stupid society
  • Distinguish between lacking self confidence & being lazy.
  • Know your desire & goals
  • Gain knowledge
  • Make decision & stick with them.
  • Define success, this will prevent you from disappoint.
  • Get prepared (effective preparation can help you deal with surprise.)
  • Examine your past failures.
  • Stop repeating negative thoughts to yourself & replace them with positive one.
  • Be happy
  • Smile at yourself by looking in to mirror.
  • Watch others (try to attend seminar or listen to public speakers)
  • Read self development & leadership books
  • Do as much  as public speaking as possible
  • Try something new every day.
