Fear of failure / Success: A person has to go through this phase in order to achieve the leadership qualities. He will be having the fear of failure / Success of such mission. We are continually faced by great opportunities; it’s our duty to turn it to a success or failure.

Predetermined Attitude: Whatever the assumption that have been made with the past experiences, we have to make in to beliefs put in to actions, in order to achieve our future goals.

Need to be right: The actions that have to impose / need to be right. The way you see the problem is the way you solve the procedure. If you see in a positive way, you will be able to solve positively & vice versa.

Negative feedback: Always take the negative feedback as positive remarks. This will help you to learn more keenly and helps you to think, where you are lacking so that you are able to correct yourself in such areas.
