Tableau – Lollipop chart
A lollipop chart, also known as a dumbbell chart, is a type of data visualization that displays the difference between two values as a line segment connecting two circles. This type of chart is useful for comparing two values side-by-side and for showing the magnitude of the difference between them. Tableau, a popular data visualization software, provides an easy way to create lollipop charts using its drag-and-drop interface.
It is used to draw the attention of the viewer to the data value, rather than to the bar or column chart, and can be used to display both rank and value simultaneously.
