There’s a new hardship to landing a job after college: Getting approved by AI

Everyone dream is to get job, once after completing the education, the routine job process is to going through the interview process and getting through all the levels of interview, this is the procedure for getting a job. Now they’re also trying to brace students for a stark new reality: They may be vetted for jobs in part by artificial intelligence.

San Francisco: Duke University, Purdue University, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, in these schools career counselors are now working to find out which companies use Artificial Intelligence, this could help they to win over the algorithms.

These are directed towards filling internships and entry-level positions that may see a glut of applicants turn to outside companies such as HireVue to help them quickly conduct vast numbers of video interviews.

The students are effectively the guinea pigs for a largely unproven mechanism for evaluating applicants. The interviewees may not know when (or how) AI is analyzing their interview, and when it isn’t.

One of the internship sarah Ali, said that have done a lot of things differently had she known for sure AI was involved. Ali might have used key words or phrases that would be picked up by AI and also kept direct eye contact with the camera.
