Key Responsibilities

MIS Management:
Preparing MIS and dashboard and timely roll out of those MISs
Coordinate with field team and collation and publishing the data/information
Sharing the information received from central office/other department and sharing with respective branches/Individual
Ensure timely follow up with Sales RMs of all other BUs and sharing information

Key Competencies / skill set:

Good knowledge of MS Office
Should be able to grasp process & policies and able to implement in day to day activities.
Good communication skills.
Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance
Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduation /Post Graduation in any Discipline.
Age : Minimum 24 years to 30 years.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banks/NBFCs/ in MIS/BIU department.
Basic knowledge of core banking systems, branch operations, asset products including Agri/PSL lending.
Maintain relationship with supervisors & peers.
Takes ownership / Self-motivated
Unorthodox/ innovative, solution based approach.
