Resilience
People have always faced the problems in their entire life, will strive harder in order to solve the problems & make things stable. They make efforts in order to recover quickly from difficulties. Resilience is the ability to “bounce back “from setbacks, and / or overcome hardships. In this situation they have be patient & has to slow down themselves and has to know when to ask for help, create a plan of action accordingly.
5 Levels of resilience:
Level1: Maintain your emotional stability, health & well – being
Level 2: Focus outwards, strong sense of self
Level 3: Concentrating on the inner world – strong sense of self
Level 4: Well developed resiliency skills
Level 5: The talent of changing bad fortunes in to good luck.
First Level: Is essential to sustaining your health & energy.
Second level: Concentration on the element in the outer world that must be handled, must be based on research & identification for the problematic aspects of the given situation more that the emotional problems.
Thirds level: Focus on the inner world for increasing self esteem for developing a positive conception on ourselves.
Fourth level: Covers the characteristics and ability that we find with people with his degrees of resiliency.
Fifth level: Describes what is possible at the highest level of resiliency. It is talent for serendipity – the ability to correct misfortune in to good fortune.
